Description
Zoryve (roflumilast) cream is used topically to treat patients who are at least 6 years old with plaque psoriasis.
Zoryve is available in 60-gram tubes that contain 3 mg of roflumilast per gram.

Directions
Use Zoryve as directed by the prescribing doctor. The recommended dose is to apply to the affected areas of the skin once a day.
Do not get the cream in the eyes, mouth, or vaginal areas.
Keep Zoryve cream stored between 20°C and 25°C (68°F and 77°F) and away from children’s reach.
For additional instructions for use, refer to the medication guide that accompanies the prescription.

Ingredients
The active ingredient in Zoryve is roflumilast.
Inactive ingredients include ceteareth-10 phosphate, cetearyl phosphate, cetostearyl alcohol, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, hexylene glycol, isopropyl palmitate, methylparaben, propylparaben, purified water, sodium hydroxide, and white petrolatum. Hydrochloric acid may be added for pH balance.
Contraindications
Patients with moderate to severe liver impairment should not use Zoryve cream.
Cautions
- Before you or your child begins treatment with Zoryve, tell the prescribing doctor about:
- All the prescription and over-the-counter medications you or your child takes
- Your or your child’s allergies
- Your or your child’s current health problems and past medical history
- Your or your child’s pregnancy or breastfeeding status
Side Effects
Diarrhea, headache, problems with sleep, application site pain, upper respiratory tract infections, and urinary tract infections are common Zoryve cream side effects. However, other side effects may also occur.
Immediately tell your or your child’s doctor about any side effects that bother you or your child or side effects that won’t go away.
