Our Priority for Product Safety and Authenticity
Since its first day in operation Canada Pharmacy has always made it a priority to offer affordable, safe, and authentic medications to customers who choose our online pharmacy.
We believe there is a need to make every one of them fully aware of what we do to ensure there is a quality standard that is adhered to with all prescriptions we fill, and as well with OTC products that are sold here as well. This will apply to prospective new customers for Canada Pharmacy too. Rx medications are a consumer product where any level of flexibility with safety is not acceptable, so we feel it is necessary to give absolute assurances to our customers.
We have stringent criteria for the affiliated suppliers we will work with, and among areas we review are insistence on proper fulfillment procedures, relevant government approvals and also the product pedigree they have as a supplier for other pharmacies like ours. Furthermore, we are certified by the Canadian International Pharmacy Association and the International Pharmacy Association of BC, and Canada Pharmacy is of the highest standing with both those regulatory bodies.
Pharmacies that make the grade here have certain commonalities, and you may want to be aware of them:
- A physical address in Canada on the website
- Toll free phone numbers to call and speak to a customer service representative or the Pharmacist
- Make sure that the pharmacy requires a prescription from a licensed physician
- Make sure the pharmacy requires a patient medical history including allergies
- CIPA certification seal clearly visible on the pharmacy website homepage
The medication we will be filling your prescription with will be the same as you would receive from any local pharmacy. The packaging may be different, but the medication in it is the same. You can have the same expectations for it with regards to quality, purity, and efficacy.

You may also like to know that it is a small list of suppliers we will work with, and that the strictness of our vetting criteria means we have only brought on one new supplier over the last several years. This reflects how we prefer to have a small list of approved suppliers. They must be ones who are well-established pharmaceutical procurement specialists who are aware of local market realities and have robust supply capabilities.
Pharmacies and International fulfillment centers that meet the Canadian International Pharmacy Association’s stringent safety protocols are the only ones that we will enter into affiliate partnerships with. Some of these will be located outside of Canada in countries that include, but are not limited to, Canada, the United Kingdom, Turkey, and Mauritius.
Please be entirely assured of our commitment to safety and quality as it relates to the products you will receive when you have your prescription filled by Canada Pharmacy, as well as for OTC meds and healthcare products that you don’t need a prescription to purchase. All are sourced from safe and reliable sources at all times, along with ones that allow us to make your medications even more affordable.
