Description
Yupelri (revefenacin) inhalation solution is prescribed to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Yupelri is available as a 175 mcg/3 mL inhalation solution.
Directions
Use Yupelri as directed by your doctor. The recommended dose is to use one 175 mcg vial once daily with a standard jet nebulizer with a mouthpiece connected to an air compressor. Yupelri should not be swallowed or injected.

Store Yupelri in its protective foil pouch at temperatures between 68°F to 77°F (20°C to 25°C); keep out of light and away from children. The Yupelri vial should only be taken out of its foil pouch and opened immediately before using. Discard the vial and any remaining contents after using. Discard if the solution is not clear and colorless.

Ingredients
The active ingredient in Yupelri is revefenacin.
Inactive ingredients include sodium chloride, citric acid, sodium citrate, and water for injection. Hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide may be used for pH adjustment.
Contraindications
Do not use Yupelri if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
Cautions
- Before you begin using Yupelri, tell your doctor:
- About all the medications the you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medications
- About your allergies
- About your current health problems and past medical history
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Yupelri contains the following warnings and precautions:
- Yupelri should not be used in acutely deteriorating COPD or to treat acute symptoms
- Paradoxical bronchospasm; if this occurs, Yupelri should be stopped and an alternative therapy should be started
- Narrow-angle glaucoma and urinary retention can worsen
- Immediate hypersensitivity reactions; if these occur, Yupelri should be stopped and alternative therapies should be considered
Side Effects
Cough, nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory tract infection, headache, and back pain are the most common Yupelri side effects; however, other side effects may occur.
Contact your doctor right away if you develop side effects that bother you or won’t go away.
