Cautions
- Before you start treatment with Wynzora, it's important to talk to your doctor:
- About all the medications you take
- About your allergies
- About your health conditions
- About your pregnancy or breastfeeding status
- Wynzora cream can cause elevated calcium levels in the blood or urine.
- Wynzora cream can affect the endocrine system by causing reversible suppression of the hypothalamic pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis and a decrease in the production of glucocorticoids during and after treatment. Your risk may be greater if you use a potent topical corticosteroid, use over a large portion of skin or to occlusive areas, use over a long period of time, have changes in your skin barrier, have liver problems, or you are young.
- Wynzora cream can increase the risk of vision problems such as cataracts and glaucoma.
Side Effects
The most common side effects of Wynzora cream include headache, upper respiratory tract infection, and irritation at the site of application. These are not all the possible side effects of Wynzora cream, so call your doctor right away if you develop side effects that concern you or won't go away.
