Description
Your doctor may prescribe Ubrelvy (Ubrogepant) to treat acute migraine headaches in adults. Migraine headaches are characterized by intense, throbbing pain on one side of the head, often accompanied by sensitivity to light and sound, nausea, and vomiting.
Ubrelvy belongs to a class of drugs called CGRP receptor antagonists, which work by blocking the action of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), a molecule involved in headaches associated with migraines.
