Directions
Use Thrive Complete gum as directed.
Recommended dosing for adults when they have a desire to smoke: Slowly and intermittently chew one piece of Thrive Complete gum for 30 minutes. Do not chew more than 20 pieces of gum per day. Do not consume acidic beverages, smoke, or use other products that contain nicotine while chewing the gum.
Keep Thrive Complete gum stored at room temperature in the original packaging; keep out of light and away from children and pets.

Ingredients
The active ingredient in Thrive Complete gum is nicotine.
Inactive ingredients include acesulfame potassium, calcium carbonate, carnauba wax, gelatin, glycerol, gum base (contains butylated hydroxytoluene), mannitol, menthol, natural mint flavoring, purified water, sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, sorbitol, spearmint flavoring, sucralose, talc, titanium dioxide, and xylitol.
Contraindications
Patients with the following criteria should not use Thrive Complete gum:
- Younger than 18 years of age
- Have a disorder of the jaw
- Do not smoke or occasionally smokes
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have an allergy to nicotine or any of the gum’s other ingredients
Cautions
- Before you start using Thrive Complete Gum, talk to your doctor about:
- All the prescription and over-the-counter medications you use
- Your allergies
- Your current health problems and past medical history
- Your pregnancy or breastfeeding status
- If you have or have a history of heart, thyroid, circulation, stomach, throat, or mouth problems, or if you have or have a history of high blood pressure or stroke
- Have a history of seizures
Side Effects
Feeling sick, sore mouth or throat, stomach issues, hiccups, constipation, dry mouth, headache, light-headedness, sleep problems, or cough are common Thrive Complete gum side effects. However, patients may also experience other side effects.
Immediately tell your doctor about side effects that bother you or won’t go away.
