Directions
The recommended dose is 150 mg taken by mouth twice daily. Tafinlar can be taken with or without food.
Do not take Tafinlar in a way differently than prescribed.

Cautions
Tafinlar may cause severe skin reactions, fever, and liver problems. Inform your doctor if you have a history of skin cancer, liver disease, or heart problems before starting Tafinlar.
Tafinlar may also cause new melanomas or non-melanoma skin cancers. Inform your doctor of any changes in your skin, including new moles or growths.
Tafinlar may also cause eye problems, including uveitis and vision loss. Inform your doctor if you experience any changes in your vision.
