Description
TactuPump FORTE is a prescription medication used for treating acne vulgaris. It contains two active ingredients: adapalene and benzoyl peroxide.
Adapalene is a retinoid that clears pores and prevents new acne formation, while benzoyl peroxide is an antimicrobial agent that helps to kill bacteria associated with acne.

Directions
Before applying TactuPump FORTE, wash the affected area with a mild cleanser and pat dry. Apply a pea-sized amount of the medication to the affected area once daily in the evening.
Use this medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
Ingredients
The active ingredients are adapalene and benzoyl peroxide.
Interactions
TactuPump FORTE can interact with the following medications:
- Aminolevulinic Acid
- Dapsone
- Isotretinoin
- Methoxsalen
- Multivitamins/Fluoride (with ADE)
- Multivitamins/Minerals (with ADEK, Folate, Iron)
- Multivitamins/Minerals (with AE, No Iron)
- Porfimer
- Verteporfin
Cautions
Avoid applying the medication to sensitive areas of the skin, such as the eyes, lips, and mucous membranes.
Do not use TactuPump FORTE if you are allergic to adapalene, benzoyl peroxide, or any other ingredients in the medication.
Do not use TactuPump FORTE if you are pregnant or breastfeeding without first speaking with your doctor.
Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight and sunlamps, as this medication can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Use a sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 30 and protective clothing to prevent sunburn.
