Description
Rupall is a medication used to treat allergies, itching, and hives. It blocks histamine in the body, which is made during an allergic reaction.
Directions
Rupall should be taken as directed by your doctor. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions or concerns.
Rupall is generally taken by mouth one time a day. The dose for pediatric patients is based on age and weight.
Grapefruit and grapefruit juice should not be consumed while taking Rupall.

The active ingredient in Rupall is rupatadine.
Cautions
- Before you start taking Rupall antihistamine, be sure to discuss the following with your doctor:
- All the medications you take, including prescription and nonprescription medications
- Your allergies
- Your medical history and active health problems
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Rupall can cause QT prolongation, a heart rhythm problem. Your risk may be greater if you have a condition that can prolong the QT interval or if you are taking other medications that can cause the condition.
- It is recommended that you avoid driving, operating machinery, or participating in other hazardous activities until you know how the medication affects you.
- Rupall can make you feel drowsy. Drinking alcohol or using cannabis can intensify the drowsiness.
- Before you undergo surgery, tell your doctor or dentist that you are taking Rupall, along with any other medications you take.
Side Effects
Drowsiness and headache are side effects associated with Rupall; however, other side effects may occur. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience side effects that bother you or won’t go away.
