Description
Qbrelis is a liquid formulation of lisinopril, a medication prescribed to treat high blood pressure and heart failure. High blood pressure is a chronic health condition that contributes to fatal heart conditions like myocardial infarction. Heart failure is when the heart cannot pump enough blood for the body's needs.
It works by preventing the conversion of Angiotensin I to Angiotensin II. Ultimately it causes the blood vessels to relax, lowering blood pressure.
