Description
NicAzel Forte (Azerizin, zinc, pyridoxine, copper, folic acid) is a supplement used to treat inflammatory skin problems such as acne or rosacea and deficiencies in one or more of the ingredients contained in NicAzel Forte.

Follow the instructions on the prescription label.
The usual dose for adults is one or two tablets by mouth once or twice daily. NicAzel Forte may be taken with or without food.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains Azerizin, zinc oxide, pyridoxine (vitamin B6), copper (Cupric Oxide), and folic acid.
Cautions
- Before you start taking NicAzel Forte, inform your doctor:
- Of your allergies
- Of all the medications you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and herbal supplements
- Of your medical conditions
- If you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant
- If you are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed
- More than 1 mg daily of folic acid may mask pernicious anemia.
Side Effects
NicAzel Forte may cause stomach upset, constipation, or diarrhea.
Tell your doctor right away if you have side effects that bother you or won't go away.
