Directions
Klisyri ointment is available in single-dose packets that contain 1% tirbanibulin.
Follow the instructions that come with your Klisyri prescription.
Using one single-dose packet, apply Klisyri ointment evenly to the affected area(s) on the face or scalp one time a day for 5 days. After use, dispose of the packet in the trash.
Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the ointment. Do not touch the treated area for 8 hours after applying the ointment. Do not get the ointment in your eyes or mouth.

Cautions
- Before you start treatment with Klisyri, tell your doctor:
- About all the medications you take
- About your allergies
- About your health conditions
- About your pregnancy or breastfeeding status
- Avoid getting Klisyri ointment in your eyes as eye irritation may occur. Flush your eyes with water and get medical care if you accidentally get the medication in your eyes.
- Klisyri can cause skin reactions in the areas of skin where the ointment is applied.
Side Effects
Klisyri can cause local skin reactions and itching and pain at the application site. Tell your doctor immediately if you develop side effects that concern you or won't go away.
