    Ingredients

    The active ingredients in Cipro HC Otic are ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and hydrocortisone.

    Inactive ingredients include polyvinyl alcohol, sodium chloride, sodium acetate, glacial acetic acid, phospholipon 90H (modified lecithin), polysorbate, and purified water. Sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid may be added to balance pH.

    Contraindications

    Patients with a suspected or known perforation of the tympanic membrane, viral infections of the external ear canal, or who are allergic to hydrocortisone, ciprofloxacin, or any other quinolone medications should not use Cipro HC Otic.
