- If an infected skin lesion develops, Betnovate should be discontinued.
- Local hypersensitivity reactions and infection are increased when using Betnovate to treat skin problems around leg ulcers.

- Some people may experience an allergic reaction to chlorocresol, which is contained in Betnovate. Some people may experience local skin reactions to the cetostearyl alcohol in Betnovate.
