Description
Apresoline (hydralazine) is a prescription medication used to treat high blood pressure.
Apresoline (hydralazine) may also be prescribed off-label for a condition or in a way that is not approved by federal public health agencies such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Apresoline (hydralazine) is available in 10 mg, 25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg oral tablets.
The brand product is no longer available in the US; however, generic alternatives may be available.
Directions
Take Apresoline (hydralazine) exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Your doctor will determine an appropriate Apresoline (hydralazine) dosage for you based on the condition being treated, your age, weight, and kidney and liver function.

Side Effects
Diarrhea, vomiting, anorexia, nausea, headache, chest pain, rapid heart rate, and palpitations are some side effects of Apresoline (hydralazine); however, other side effects can also occur.
Notify your doctor right away if you have side effects that bother you or won’t go away.
