Description
Adbry is a medication that is injected underneath the skin to treat adults with moderate-to-severe eczema who have failed or cannot use topical treatments.

Adbry dosing:
Your doctor will tell you how much Adbry you should inject. Your doctor or other healthcare provider will instruct you on how to properly prepare, administer, and store Adbry and how to properly discard used prefilled syringes.
Adbry is supplied as a single-dose prefilled syringe containing a needle guard. The medication is injected into the fatty layer of the skin of the thigh or abdomen. A caregiver may inject the medication underneath the skin of your upper arm. Injection sites should be rotated. Do not inject into tender, damaged, bruised, or scarred skin.
Ingredients
The active ingredient in each prefilled syringe is tralokinumab-ldrm. The inactive ingredients include acetic acid, polysorbate 80, sodium acetate trihydrate, sodium chloride, and Water for Injection, at a pH of about 5.5.
Contraindications
Do not use Adbry if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
Cautions
- Before you begin receiving Adbry, tell your doctor about:
- All the prescription and nonprescription medications you take
- Your allergies
- Your current health conditions and past medical history
- Your pregnancy or breastfeeding status
- Allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis and swelling, can occur with Adbry use. Seek emergency care right away if you have trouble breathing, swelling, rapid heart rate, a rash, or any other sign or symptom of an allergic reaction.
- Eye problems can occur with Adbry use. Immediately notify your doctor if you develop problems with your eyes.
- If you have a helminth infection, you should receive treatment until the infection resolves before you use Adbry.
- Live vaccinations are not recommended during treatment with Adbry.
Side Effects
Upper respiratory tract infections, pink eye, injection site reactions, and abnormal blood cell counts are common Adbry side effects. However, these are not the only side effects that can occur. Call your doctor right away if you have side effects that bother you or won’t go away.
