    Cautions

    Use Winpred cautiously in patients with a history of infections, diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, or psychiatric disorders. Prolonged use of prednisone may increase the risk of infections, osteoporosis, and adrenal suppression. Regular monitoring of blood pressure, blood glucose, and bone density is recommended during treatment with Winpred.
