Revolution Plus is for use in cats only by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
Revolution Plus (selamectin and sarolaner topical solution) is used to treat heartworm disease, fleas, ticks, ear mites, roundworms, and intestinal hookworms in cats and kittens that are at least 8 weeks old and weigh at least 2.8 pounds.
Revolution Plus is also used to prevent heartworm disease and fleas in cats and kittens that are at least 8 weeks old and weigh at least 2.8 pounds.

Follow the instructions that come with your cat's prescription. Be sure to discuss your cat's treatment schedule with your veterinarian. If you have any questions, talk to your veterinarian.
Revolution Plus for cats is a topical solution that comes in single dose tubes.
Store Revolution Plus at temperatures below 86°F (30°C).
Revolution Plus should be applied to dry, intact skin on the back of your cat's neck.
Press down on the cap of the tube to break the seal which is indicated by a clicking sound. Take off the cap and make sure the tip of the tube is open. Part the fur on the back of your cat's neck at the base in front of the shoulder blades. Keep parting the fur until you see skin. Position the tip of the tube onto the skin. Squeeze the tube a few times to ensure that all of the liquid solution is applied directly onto the skin. Do not touch the medication. Avoid massaging the medication into the skin. Dispose of empty tubes.
Your cat's fur may become stiff, clumpy, discolored, or a powdery residue may be seen after applying Revolution Plus. These will go away and will not affect how well the medication works.

Selamectin and sarolaner are the active ingredients in Revolution Plus.
Revolution Plus can cause side effects including tiredness, skin lesions, anorexia, itching, conjunctivitis, sneezing, hair loss, and scabs. These are not all the side effects that can occur with Revolution Plus. Monitor your cat for any bothersome or persistent side effects and call your veterinarian immediately if they occur.
